The therapeutic dosage ranges for men 1-5 mg per day. Bodybuilding is taken from 30 to 100 mg daily for 6-8 weeks. This will provide sufficient quality increase muscle mass and strength.
Beginners = 30 to 40 mg per day
Experienced = the spreader 40 to 60 mg per day
The spreader Hard = 60 mg per day and more
This material is most commonly used in cycles designed to take-up of high-quality materials, but also is used in the cycle oriented volume.
